By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange exchange.
Exchange Fee: 25% of the items price plus standard shipping fees. Credit will be given as gift certificate for 75% of the item(s) price.
Exchange Eligibility:
To obtain an exchange, item must be in original and perfect factory condition, as new, or the item will be sent back to you. Do not remove tags until you know you are keeping the item.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once we submit it to the
warehouse, if you notice any errors after placing order please contact
us ASAP, and we will change or cancel if we have not sent the order to
the warehouse yet. Once your order status is marked as "processing" it
can not be changed. You can view your order status clicking on My Account and logging in with your email address and password.
Please be sure your address is correct. Any parcel sent back, or refused, will result in such fees being billed to you. UPS also charges us a fee of $11 if your address is incorrect, and they have to correct it themselves such as with wrong Apt # or wrong zip code.
