Order Cancellations/Changes
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once we submit it to the warehouse, if you notice any errors after placing order please contact us ASAP, and we will change or cancel if we have not sent the order to the warehouse yet. Once your order status is marked as "processing" it can not be changed or cancelled. You can view your order status clicking on My Account and logging in with your email address and password.
Address Errors/Refused Orders
Shipments that are refused or that have errors in the address will result in extra charges. Shipping services charge us fees for returning packages or having errors in the address, so we will bill you for any charges incurred. We will contact you to correct the address and bill you for the extra fees. If you refuse to accept an order we will refund you minus a 30% restocking fee and any shipping charges we had to pay.

US Express Shipping: 3 Day Air = $24.99* 2 Day Air = $34.99* Overnight = $64.99* *Express rates Hawaii and Alaska are $15 extra.
International:
Orders up to $150 = $24.99
$150.01 - $250 Shipping = $29.99
$250.01 - $350 Shipping = $34.99
Over $350.00 Shipping = $44.99 International orders ship in 3-10 business days. The manufacturer only ships to the US, so international orders must arrive at our office before we can ship them.
NOTE: Oversized items and bulk/wholesale or items purchased in lots, or in great quantity, may incur additional fees which will be confirmed with you prior to us processing your order.
Express shipping options and cost will be displayed on your checkout page prior to your payment.
We carry very little inventory, so processing time for standard shipment is for products to
arrive at our office. Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 2-3 days.
We usually use USPS 1st Class or Priority mail for standard shipping,
but may use other methods for larger orders. We send an email with
tracking# whenever an order ships. Expedited and Express options are shipped straight from our distributor's warehouse in CA, or expedited to our office then shipped via 2-3 day. 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight usually ship within 1 business day, or even the same day if order is submitted by 11am.
Once we ship your order, we will email you confirmation along with a tracking #.
Note that International Air mail and Customs can be a several weeks at times, in transit, so please ask for Global Express if this time frame does not work for you if you are located out of the USA.
International Express fees start at $50 for up to 3 items. Please contact us for a custom express quote, or ask for a quote with your preferred speed in the comments box on the checkout page. Note: We cannot give instructions to the delivery person, we suggest you leave them a note yourself on your door or mailbox if you have special instructions for them.
